Common use of Changes in Ownership Clause in Contracts

Changes in Ownership. 2 A/E agrees that if there is a change or transfer in ownership, 3 including but not limited to merger by acquisition, of A/E’s business prior 4 to completion of this AGREEMENT, the new owners shall be required under terms 5 of sale or other transfer to assume A/E’s duties and obligations contained in 6 this AGREEMENT and to obtain the written approval of COUNTY of such merger or 7 acquisition, and complete the obligations and duties contained in the 8 AGREEMENT to the satisfaction of COUNTY.

Changes in Ownership. 2 15 A/E agrees that if there is a change or transfer in ownership, 3 16 including but not limited to merger by acquisition, of A/E’s business prior 4 17 to completion of this AGREEMENT, the new owners shall be required under terms 5 18 of sale or other transfer to assume A/E’s duties and obligations contained in 6 19 this AGREEMENT and to obtain the written approval of COUNTY OCFCD of such merger or 7 20 acquisition, and complete the obligations and duties contained in the 8 21 AGREEMENT to the satisfaction of COUNTYOCFCD.

Changes in Ownership. 2 26 A/E agrees that if there is a change or transfer in ownership, 3 1 including but not limited to merger by acquisition, of A/E’s business prior 4 2 to completion of this AGREEMENT, the new owners shall be required under 3 terms 5 of sale or other transfer to assume A/E’s duties and obligations 4 contained in 6 this AGREEMENT and to obtain the written approval of COUNTY of 5 such merger or 7 acquisition, and complete the obligations and duties 6 contained in the 8 AGREEMENT to the satisfaction of COUNTY.

Changes in Ownership. 2 14 A/E agrees that if there is a change or transfer in ownership, 3 15 including but not limited to merger by acquisition, of A/E’s business prior 4 16 to completion of this AGREEMENT, the new owners shall be required under terms 5 17 of sale or other transfer to assume A/E’s duties and obligations contained in 6 18 this AGREEMENT and to obtain the written approval of COUNTY of such merger or 7 19 acquisition, and complete the obligations and duties contained in the 8 20 AGREEMENT to the satisfaction of COUNTY.
