Changes in Agreement. Any changes deemed necessary in this Agreement may be made by mutual agreement at any time during the existence of this Agreement.
Changes in Agreement. During its term this Agreement may be altered, changed, added to, deleted from or modified only through the voluntary, mutual consent of the parties in written and signed amendment to this Agreement.

(b) No current employees are to lose any existing benefits through this agreement.
(c) The implementation of all benefit programs of this agreement are conditional on the ability of the Employer to obtain a carrier to carry the Plan under the stated conditions.

Changes in Agreement. There shall be no further negotiations during the term of this agreement except for a successor agreement or by mutual agreement. During the term of this agreement, the agreement may be altered, added to or deleted only through voluntary, mutual consent of the parties. Any amendments to this agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties. The Association recognizes the right of the School District/Board to execute policy as long as such policy is not specifically in violation of any provision of this collective bargaining agreement.
Changes in Agreement. 28.01 Any changes deemed necessary in this Agreement may be made by mutual agreement at any time during the existence of this Agreement in accordance with Section 58, Sub-Section 5 of The Labour Relations Act, as it may be amended from time to time, between the Company and the negotiating committee.
Changes in Agreement. You agree that the terms of this Agreement may be changed from time to time upon notice, when required by law, being placed in the mail not less than 45 days prior to the effective date of the change. Any such changes shall be applicable to all balances outstanding on the effective date of the change.
