Changes in Payment Instructions to Obligors. The Borrower will not make any change, or permit the Servicer to make any change, in its instructions to Obligors regarding where payments in respect of Contracts are to be made to the Borrower or the Servicer, unless the Deal Agent (acting at the direction, or with the consent, of the Required Lenders) shall have consented to such change in writing and has received duly executed copies of all documentation related thereto.
