Special Account Instructions. You may request that we facilitate certain trust, will, or court-ordered account arrangements. However, because we do not give legal advice, we cannot counsel you as to which account arrangement most appropriately meets the specific requirements of your trust, will, or court order. If you ask us to follow any instructions that we believe might expose us to claims, lawsuits, expenses, liabilities, or damages, whether directly or indirectly, we may refuse to follow your instructions or may require you to indemnify us or post a bond or provide us with other protection. We may require that account changes requested by you, or any account owner, such as adding or closing an account or service, be evidenced by a signed Account Change Card or other document which evidences a change to an account and accepted by us.

However, because the Credit Union does not give legal advice, we cannot counsel you as to which account arrangement most appropriately meets the specific requirements of your trust, will, or court order. An agency designation is an instruction to the Credit Union that the account owner has authorized another person to make transactions as agent for the account owner regarding the accounts designated. An agent has no ownership interest in the account(s) or Credit Union voting rights. The Credit Union is under no obligation to honor any agency designation under power of attorney or other similar agency designation, unless required by law. B. You may request that the Credit Union accommodate provisions from a trust, will, or a court-ordered arrangement. The Credit Union cannot and does not provide legal advice. Hence, we cannot counsel you as to which account arrangement most appropriately meets the specific requirements of your trust, will, or court order. You agree that if you request that the Credit Union open an account in the name of a trust, we are authorized to release the funds in any such account upon the signature of any Trustee. You agree that if we make payment to any Trustee or Successor Trustee, or at the direction of any one of the Trustees or Successor Trustees named, that payment shall be valid and shall discharge the Credit Union from any liability for the sums paid. You agree that the Credit Union shall have no fiduciary responsibility or obligation in connection with any such account beyond our obligations set forth in this Agreement, and that the Credit Union shall serve solely as a depository for the trust funds. You and any Trustee agree to save, indemnify, defend, and hold the Credit Union harmless from any claim, demand, suit, or any other charge by any person arising out of or resulting from the establishment, maintenance, and transaction of any business related to the trust and any account established for the trust. C. If you ask the Credit Union to follow any instructions that the Credit Union believes might expose it to claims, lawsuits, expenses, liabilities, or damages, whether directly or indirectly, the Credit Union may refuse to follow your instructions or may require you to indemnify the Credit Union or post a bond or provide other protection to the Credit Union. Account changes requested by you, or any account owner, such as adding or closing an account or service, must be evidenced by an applicable signed Change form and accepted by the Credit Union.
