Changes in Payment Instructions to Obligors. The Borrower will not make any change in its instructions to any relevant administrative agent or Obligor, as applicable, regarding payments to be made with respect to the Collateral to the CIBC Account or the Collection Account unless the Administrative Agent has consented to such change.
