Common use of Changes in Premium Clause in Contracts

Changes in Premium. We may modify the Premium rates at any time, without your consent, upon at least 30 days prior notice to the Contractholder, subject to the approval of the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation. Payments submitted to us following receipt of any such written notice of modification constitutes acceptance by the Contractholder of any such modification.
