Changes in Primary Contacts Sample Clauses

Changes in Primary Contacts. Either Party may provide notice to the other Party by email identifying a change of a designated primary contact and providing the new contact information for the newly designated primary contact. Such notices must be sent to the other Party’s Grant Manager and is sufficient to effectuate this change without requiring a written amendment to this Agreement.
