Personnel Changes. The Contractor may remove its personnel assigned to perform under this Contract and substitute other qualified personnel. Any removals or replacements by Contractor shall be at no additional cost to the Department.
Personnel Changes. GovGuam shall provide written notice to Company of terminations, resignations, department transfers, and the like, so that coverage can be terminated at the appropriate time. GovGuam shall make available to Company a computer listing of each employee receiving an applicable payroll deduction for Premiums no later than fifteen (15) working days following each pay period.

Contractor will include status reports to Procuring Agency concerning Contractor’s personnel replacement efforts as well as the impact upon the progress of the Project due to the absence of Contractor’s personnel. In addition, Contractor will make interim arrangements to assure that the progress of the Project remains unimpeded by the loss of any of Contractor’s personnel. Procuring Agency reserves the right to require a change in Contractor’s personnel in the event Contractor’s personnel are not, in Procuring Agency’s sole and exclusive determination, meeting Procuring Agency’s standards and/or expectations.

Personnel Changes. (a) The Service Provider shall use all reasonable efforts to minimize the possibility of changes in its human resources assigned to perform the Service Provider’s obligations under this Agreement. If a change is necessary, the Service Provider is required to promptly notify the Municipality. Notification shall include:
(i) the reason for the proposed change;
(ii) a comprehensive description of the proposed change; and
(iii) detailed resumes for each new proposed resource documents the resource’s specific relevant experience and expertise related to the Services, credentials, accreditations, awards and background.
(b) The Service Provider shall use all reasonable efforts to promptly replace such resource with another that is of at least equal competence.
(c) All resource replacements contemplated in this Section are subject to the Municipality’s written approval.
(d) The Service Provider shall bear all additional costs incurred as a consequence of any replacements.

If Charterer should be dissatisfied with the conduct of the Master, officers or crew, Owner shall, on receiving particulars of the complaint, investigate it and, if reasonably justified, make a change in the appointments. In any event, Owner shall communicate in writing the result of its investigation to Charterer as soon as possible. Charterer agrees to refrain from arbitrarily requiring changes in appointments.
