Changes in Rate of Interest. The Note contains provisions allowing for changes in the interest rate and the monthly payment. This Mortgage shall continue to secure the Indebtedness, with the same priority of lien, notwithstanding any change in the rate of interest on the Note. None of the Indebtedness can be modified, altered, amended or waived orally.
