Common use of Changes in Representations Clause in Contracts

Changes in Representations. Royale shall notify the H/SIC General Partners promptly, and the H/SIC General Partners shall notify Royale promptly, if either becomes aware of any occurrence prior to the Closing Date which would make any of its representations, warranties or covenants contained herein not true in any material respect.
