CHANGES IN THE DEVELOPMENT WORK. This Section 14 sets forth the requirements for obtaining all Change Orders under this Agreement. Design/Builder acknowledges and agrees that the Development Price constitutes full compensation for performance of all Development Work, subject only to those express exceptions specified in this Section 14, and that the Alamo RMA is subject to constraints which limit its ability to increase the Development Price or to extend contractual deadlines for performance. Design/Builder unconditionally and irrevocably waives the right to any claim for a time extension or for any monetary compensation in addition to the Development Price and other compensation specified in this Agreement for the Development Work, except as expressly set forth in this Section 14. To the extent that any other provision of this Agreement expressly provides for a Change Order to be issued, such provision is incorporated into and subject to this Section 14.
