This Guaranty may not be changed orally, and no obligation of any Guarantor can be released or waived by Lender except as provided in Section 5.6 or Section 27 of the Credit Agreement. This Guaranty shall be irrevocable by Guarantors until all indebtedness guaranteed hereby has been completely repaid and all obligations and undertakings of Borrower under, by reason of, or pursuant to the Note, the Letters of Credit and the Loan Documents have been completely performed and the Lenders have no further obligation to advance Loans or issue Letters of Credit under the Credit Agreement.
