Changes Not Requiring Change Order. Changes in the Maintenance Services or requirements in the COMA Documents that have no net cost effect on the Maintenance Price may be approved in writing by TxDOT as a Deviation, and in such event shall not require a Change Order. Any other change in the requirements of the COMA Documents shall require either a Directive Letter or a Change Order. For purposes of this Section 10.12, the provisions regarding “Deviations” set forth at Section 2.1.2.4 of the Design-Build Agreement are incorporated herein by reference, mutatis mutandis.
