Common use of Changes of Time Periods Clause in Contracts

Changes of Time Periods. The time periods and/or dates described in this Agreement with respect to the giving of notices and hearings are subject to approval and change by the Court or by the written agreement of Plaintiffs’ Counsel and Defendants’ Counsel, without notice to Settlement Class Members except that the Claim Administrator shall ensure that such dates are posted on the Settlement Website.
