Extension of Time Periods. The parties may extend any period of time provided in this Article 7 by mutual agreement.
Extension of Time Periods. Any time periods set out in this clause 14 may be extended by the written agreement of the parties.
Extension of Time Periods. The time periods for exercises of certain rights under Sections 2, 7 and 8 shall be extended (but in no event by more than six months):
(a) to the extent necessary to obtain all regulatory approvals for the exercise of such rights, and for the expiration of all statutory waiting periods; and

Extension of Time Periods. The time periods for exercise of certain rights under Sections 2 shall be extended (i) to the extent necessary to obtain all regulatory approvals for the exercise of such rights, and for the expiration of all statutory waiting periods and (ii) to the extent necessary to avoid any liability under Section 16(b) of the Exchange Act by reason of such exercise.
Extension of Time Periods. The parties at any step in the grievance procedure may agree to an extension of the time period specified. In particular, reasonable extensions shall be granted when the basis for the request for extension is the result of a legitimate absence from duty as specified in Articles 5 (Union Business), 23 (Professional Development), 27 (Study, Professional Development, and Research Leave), 28 (Extended Study Leave), and 45 (Sick Leave), 46 (Maternity and Parental Leave), and 47 (Other Leaves) inclusive of any person involved in the grievance procedure.
Extension of Time Periods. The time limits referred to in this section 20 may be extended by agreement of Member and the Exchange.

Extension of Time Periods. In the event that Lessee is unable to complete any action required by this Article XIV in the time period provided, and Lessee establishes to the reasonable satisfaction of Lessor that Lessee has been acting in good faith and diligently, then Lessor shall grant to Lessee a reasonable extension of time in which to complete the repair or reconstruction of any damaged Facility, prior to the time that Lessee would otherwise be required to repurchase such damaged Facility.
Extension of Time Periods. 12.1. The Supplier may, in respect of any time period contemplated in this Agreement, at any time prior to the expiry of such time period, submit a formal request for an extension of such time period.
12.2. All requests as provided for in clause 12.1 must be accompanied by a written motivation detailing the circumstances in which the extension is sought and which must include an indication of the extent of the extension required.
12.3. SA-IAS will, upon receipt of a request for an extension, evaluate same and in its sole discretion grant or refuse such extension, the granting or refusal thereof to be communicated in writing to the Supplier within a reasonable time after receipt of the request.
12.4. The Parties may by mutual agreement recorded in writing extend any time period set out in this Agreement, including but not limited to those provided for in clause 11 (“Dispute Resolution”).
