CHANGES OR TERMINATION. This Contract may be changed, altered, amended, or terminated during its term by the mutual written agreement of the Board and Assistant Superintendent. Any adjustment in the salary of the Assistant Superintendent during the term of this Contract shall be deemed an amendment and not a new contract. In the event a new contract is agreed upon by the parties, it shall be deemed to supersede this Contract.
