Common use of Changes Proposed by Buyer Clause in Contracts

Changes Proposed by Buyer. If Buyer requests changes to the product (including but not limited to changes in material, styling or design), this change request shall be subject of a Master Change Proposal (MCP). Seller shall issue the MCP with cost, weight and time impact to Buyer in an appropriate time. Seller and Xxxxx shall agree upon the change(s) to be implemented. Seller shall execute the change(s) only after receipt of the MCP signed by Xxxxx. A purchase Order is required for billing purposes.
