Changes Requiring Notice to the Commission. The following changes require the School to provide notice to the Commission: (a) Changes in membership of the Board, advisory committee(s) or school administrators; (b) Changes to the mailing address, telephone and/or fax number of the School, or other contact information (including email) provided that such changes do not constitute a change to the location of the School; and (c) Minor revisions and/or amendments to the instructional methods or curriculum that do not affect the School’s mission or pupil performance standards.
