CHANGES SURROUNDING BUILDING. 25.1 This Lease shall not be affected or impaired by any change, alteration or addition in, to or of any sidewalk, alley, street, landscape or structure adjacent to or around the Building or Real Property, except as provided in ARTICLE XXIV.

CHANGES SURROUNDING BUILDING. 25.1 This Lease shall not be affected or impaired by any change, alteration or addition in, to or of change in any sidewalk, alley, street, landscape or structure street adjacent to or around the Building Building, except as otherwise provided in Article 17, nor by the construction of additional buildings or other improvements upon the Real Property. Tenant acknowledges that Landlord may construct additional buildings and other improvements on the Real Property, except as provided in ARTICLE XXIVincluding the Common Areas, and expressly consents thereto.

CHANGES SURROUNDING BUILDING. 25.1 This Lease shall not be affected or impaired by any change, alteration or addition in, to or of change in any sidewalk, alley, alley or street, landscape parking or structure common areas adjacent to or around the Building or by changes to any other buildings on the Real Property, except as provided that Tenant shall be reasonably able to continue to use the Premises for the uses set forth in ARTICLE XXIVSection 2.12 hereof.
