Changes to Agreement Terms. 10.1 Other than as set forth in Section 8 hereof, for any other changes to the terms of this Agreement to be valid, Distributor and the Company must agree upon such changes in writing. Changes are not retroactive. Additional or different terms in any Purchase Order or other communication from Distributor are void.
