Common use of CHANGES TO AREA CONTRACTS Clause in Contracts

CHANGES TO AREA CONTRACTS. Schedules A to this Agreement shall continue to full force and effect until the Contractor and/or Union parties to the Area Collective Bargaining Agreements which are the basis for Schedules A notify the General Contractor and/or Project Management Firm in writing of the mutually agreed upon changes in provisions of such agreements which are applicable to the Project, and their effective dates.
