Changes to Authorized Uses. The Lessee may not use the Premises for a purpose other than the purposes described in Section 6.1 above without the Lessor’s prior written approval. The Lessor may, but is not obligated to, approve a requested change to authorized uses only if the Lessor has determined that the proposed use is consistent with all Applicable Laws, including Part 18 and the Park Area’s General Management Plan, and that the use will not have an adverse impact on the Lessor’s ability to manage and protect the Park Area’s resources and visitors.
