AIRCRAFT CONFIGURATION. The guarantees defined in Paragraphs 2 and 3 below (the “Guarantees”) are applicable to the A321 Aircraft as described in the A321 Standard Specification ***** as amended by the following SCNs:
AIRCRAFT CONFIGURATION. 4.1. The guarantees contained in this Attachment are based on the Aircraft configuration as defined in the original release of Detail Specification D019U002 (hereinafter referred to as the Detail Specification). Appropriate adjustment shall be made for changes in such Detail Specification approved by the Buyer and Boeing or otherwise allowed by the Purchase Agreement which cause changes to the flight performance and/or weight and balance of the Aircraft. Such adjustment shall be accounted for by Boeing in its evidence of compliance with the guarantees. The Manufacturer's Empty Weight guarantee of Section 3 will be adjusted by Boeing for the following in its evidence of compliance with the guarantees:
(1) Changes to the Detail Specification including Change Requests, Master Changes, Change Orders or any other changes mutually agreed upon between the Buyer and Boeing or otherwise allowed by the Purchase Agreement.
(2) The difference between the component weight allowances given in Appendix IV of the Detail Specification and the actual weights.
AIRCRAFT CONFIGURATION. The guarantees defined below ("the Guarantees") are applicable to the A319-100 Aircraft as described in the Technical Specification ***, as amended by a Specification Change Notices ("SCN's") for
AIRCRAFT CONFIGURATION. The guarantees defined below (the “Guarantees”) are applicable to the A320-200 Aircraft as described in the Standard Specification Ref. D 000 02000 Issue 7 dated 1st March 2007 equipped with:
AIRCRAFT CONFIGURATION. 4.1 The guarantees contained in this Attachment are based on the Aircraft configuration as defined in Boeing Document ***, plus any changes mutually agreed to or otherwise allowed by the Purchase Agreement to be incorporated into the original release of the Customer’s Detail Specification (hereinafter referred to as the Detail Specification). Appropriate adjustment shall be made for changes in such Detail Specification approved by the Customer and Boeing or otherwise allowed by the Purchase Agreement which cause changes to the flight performance and/or weight and balance of the Aircraft. Such adjustment shall be accounted for by Boeing in its evidence of compliance with the guarantees.
4.2 The guarantee payloads of Paragraph 2.3.2, 2.3.3, and 2.3.4, the specified payload of the Paragraph 2.3.5 block fuel guarantee, and the specified payload of the Paragraph 2.3.1 range guarantee will be adjusted by Boeing for the effect of the following on OEW in its evidence of compliance with the guarantees:

Appropriate adjustment shall be made for changes in such Detail Specification approved by the Customer and Boeing or otherwise allowed by the Purchase Agreement which cause changes to the flight performance and/or weight and balance of the Aircraft. Such adjustment shall be accounted for by Boeing in its evidence of compliance with the guarantees.
4.2 The guarantee payload of Paragraph 2.5.1 will be adjusted by Boeing for the effect of the following on MEW and the Manufacturer’s Empty Weight guarantee of Section 3 will be adjusted by Boeing for the following in its evidence of compliance with the guarantees:
(1) Changes to the Detail Specification or any other changes mutually agreed upon between the Customer and Boeing or otherwise allowed by the Purchase Agreement.
(2) The difference between the component weight allowances given in Appendix IV of the Detail Specification and the actual weights.
AIRCRAFT CONFIGURATION. The guarantees contained in this Attachment are based on the Aircraft configuration as defined in the original release of Detail Specification TBD (hereinafter referred to as the Detail Specification). Appropriate adjustment shall be made for changes in such Detail Specification approved by the Customer and Boeing or otherwise allowed by the Purchase Agreement which cause changes to the flight performance and/or weight and balance of the Aircraft. Such adjustment shall be accounted for by Boeing in its evidence of compliance with the guarantees.
AIRCRAFT CONFIGURATION. 3.1 The initial configuration of Customer’s Model **** Aircraft and **** Aircraft has been defined by Boeing Model **** basic specification ****, dated **** (Initial Configuration). Final configuration of the Aircraft (Final Configuration) will be completed using the then-current Boeing configuration documentation in accordance with the following schedule:
3.1.1 No later than **** months prior to the **** Aircraft’s scheduled delivery, Boeing and Customer will discuss potential optional features.
3.1.2 Within **** days after that meeting, Boeing will provide Customer with a proposal for those optional features that can be incorporated into the Aircraft during production.
3.1.3 Customer will then have **** days to accept or reject the optional features. Open Matters for 737-8 and 737-9 Aircraft
3.1.4 Within **** days following Final Configuration, Boeing and Customer will execute a written amendment to the Purchase Agreement which will reflect the following:
3.1.4.1 Changes applicable to the basic Model **** aircraft which are developed by Boeing between the date of signing of the Purchase Agreement and date of Final Configuration.
3.1.4.2 Incorporation into Exhibit A of the Purchase Agreement, by written amendment, those optional features which have been agreed to by Customer and Boeing (Customer Configuration Changes);
3.1.4.3 Revisions to the Supplemental Exhibit BFE1 to reflect the selection dates and on-dock dates of BFE;
3.1.4.4 Changes to the Optional Features Prices, and Aircraft Basic Price to adjust for the difference, if any, between the prices estimated in Table 1 of the Purchase Agreement for optional features reflected in the Aircraft Basic Price and the actual prices of the optional features reflected in the Customer Configuration Changes. Such changes will not result in a change to the Advance Payment Base Price provided in Table 1. Optional Features Prices will comply with the provisions of paragraph 6 of letter agreement VLS-PA-03815-LA-1208481 “Special Matters”.
AIRCRAFT CONFIGURATION. The guarantees defined below (the "Guarantees") are applicable to the A330-300 Aircraft equipped with General Electric CF6-80E1A4 propulsion system as described in the Standard Specification Ref. G 000 03000 Issue 7.5 dated 30th April 2008 without taking into account any further changes thereto as provided in the Agreement (the "Specification" for the purposes of this Letter Agreement).
AIRCRAFT CONFIGURATION. The guarantees defined in Clauses 2 and 3 below (the “Guarantees”) are applicable to the Aircraft as described in the A320 NEO Standard Specification D.000.02000N Issue 1 dated 21st December 2013 as amended by SCNs for:
i) installation of CFM International LEAP-1A26 engines
ii) the following design weights: Maximum Take-Off Weight (MTOW) [***] kg ([***] lb) Maximum Landing Weight (MLW) [***] kg ([***] lb) Maximum Zero Fuel Weight (MZFW) [***] kg ([***] lb) hereinafter referred to as the “Specification” without taking into account any further changes thereto as provided in the Agreement.
