Common use of CHANGES TO AWARD Clause in Contracts

CHANGES TO AWARD. Subcontractor agrees to accept changes to the Subcontract that: (i) are within the scope of the Subcontract and are made by the Grantor to the Award as a matter of right ,or as a condition of Grantor’s non-exercise of remedies or sanctions against Recipient or Subcontractor, pursuant to the terms of the Grant; (ii) consist of an extension of the Grant term at substantially equivalent levels of Subcontractor compensation for Subcontractor duties performed; and/or (iii) consist of adjustments to deliverables under the Award requiring substantially equivalent effort and expense from Subcontractor at substantially equivalent levels of Subcontractor compensation.
