Changes to Connection Assets Clause Samples
Changes to Connection Assets. If a Connection Asset is reconfigured, replaced, enhanced, or withdrawn from service on a permanent basis in accordance with clauses 40.2 or 40.3, or rule 5.6 of Section II of Part F of the Electricity Governance Rules, then:
(a) to the extent necessary as a result of such reconfiguration, replacement, enhancement or withdrawal, Transpower will send the Customer a revised Schedule 2 (Points of Service) that, on receipt, replaces Schedule 2 (Points of Service); and
(b) the process in rule 3.1.5 of section II of part F of the Electricity Governance Rules applies.
Changes to Connection Assets. If a Connection Asset is reconfigured, or withdrawn from service, on a permanent basis in accordance with the Outage Protocol then:
(a) to the extent necessary as a result of such reconfiguration or withdrawal, Transpower will send the Customer a revised Schedule 3 (Points of Service) that, on receipt, replaces Schedule 3 (Points of Service); and
(b) the process in rule 3.1.6 of section II of part F of the Electricity Governance Rules applies.
Changes to Connection Assets. If a Connection Asset is reconfigured, replaced, enhanced, or withdrawn from service on a permanent basis in accordance with clause 12.40 of the Code, then the process in clause 12.12 of the Code applies.
