Commencement Date The Subcontractor shall be permitted to begin the Services on , 20 (“Commencement Date”).
Service Commencement Date The date the Transmission Provider begins to provide service pursuant to the terms of an executed Service Agreement, or the date the Transmission Provider begins to provide service in accordance with Section 15.3 or Section 29.1 under the Tariff.
COMMENCEMENT/EXPIRATION DATE This instrument is executed as of the date of last signature and is effective for five years from that date, at which time it will expire unless extended.
Commencement of Service The Performance Start Date occurred on September 1, 2020. Partial Disposal During Term of Service Agreement Throughout the Term of the Service Agreement, LEA may request partial disposal of Student Data obtained under the Service Agreement that is no longer needed. Partial disposal of data shall be subject to LEA’s request to transfer data to a separate account, pursuant to Article II, section 3, above.
Complete Disposal Upon Termination of Service Agreement Upon Termination of the Service Agreement Provider shall dispose or delete all Student Data obtained under the Service Agreement. Prior to disposition of the data, Provider shall notify LEA in writing of its option to transfer data to a separate account, pursuant to Article II, section 3, above. In no event shall Provider dispose of data pursuant to this provision unless and until Provider has received affirmative written confirmation from LEA that data will not be transferred to a separate account.
Unpaid Leave - After Three Years For every three (3) years' continuous service, an employee may request, in writing, an extended unpaid leave of absence, giving the longest possible advance notice. Every reasonable effort shall be made to comply with such requests providing that replacements to ensure proper operation of the Employer's business can be found. Notice of the Employer's decision shall be in writing.
