Changes to Investment Guidelines. 3.3.1 If Party B has disagreement over the amended Investment Guidelines, it shall, within three (3) business days after receiving the notice, notify Party A and state its reasons in written. Party A shall, within three business days after receiving Party B’s notice, give written response. During such disagreement period, Party B shall implement the original Investment Guidelines; 3.3.2 If Party A decides to keep the amendment, Party B shall comply. If Party A withdraws the amendment, the original Investment Guidelines shall apply.
