Changes to Keystone XxxxX Terms. NetApp will not accept any liability in relation to any supplemental services to be performed by Partner over and above the XxxxX Services set out in the Keystone XxxxX Terms. If Partner chooses to offer better or different terms to any End User, it is solely at Partner’s risk and Partner cannot look to NetApp to cover such risk or terms.
