Changes to Services. Any changes to the services outlined in this contract must be agreed upon in writing by both Parties.
Changes to Services. Any requirement for a change to the BTA Services or for the provision of additional Services or facilities will be subject to agreement of an additional Order Document under the Agreement. 3 Scope‌ The BTA Services to be provided by Telefónica Tech will consist of: Service On Boarding Activity Transition of service from either Customer in-house or incumbent supplier to Telefónica Tech. The objective of Service On Boarding Activity is to ensure all infrastructure or services to be supported are accessible, in a supportable state, documented and approved between the Customer and Telefónica Tech. The number of days set out in the Order Documents, if any.
Changes to Services. CLIENT may request changes to an SOW by submitting a Change Order (CO) request in writing. The SOW will be modified in writing as mutually agreed by the Parties, including any agreed upon adjustments to price or delivery schedule. Performance Standard and Warranty: SMI warrants and represents that Services will be performed in a professional and timely manner. Any perceived Services deficiencies must be reported in writing to SMI within ten (10) days of invoice receipt. CLIENT’s sole and exclusive remedy for breach of this warranty will be re-performance of the deficient Services. If, for any reason, SMI fails to correct the perceived deficiencies, CLIENT may terminate this Agreement as provided in Section 5. Delays in the provision of any portion of the Services occasioned by CLIENT’s failure to timely complete a task or adhere to its own schedule will not be the responsibility of SMI.

  • Changes to Services may result in the use of additional resources, time, materials, costs and other Charges.

  • Each amendment to Schedule A, as agreed to in writing by the Parties, shall be deemed part of this Agreement and the Changes to Services, Service Increases and/or Unintentionally Omitted Services set forth therein shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Related to Changes to Services

  • New Services shall have the meaning set out in Clause 7.1;

  • Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;

  • Additional Services shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.03(a).

  • Voice Services means the telecommunications services to be provided to you under Part A and as specified in your Application.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Design Services means architect services, engineer services or landscape architect services.

  • Data Services The Customer will receive a discount equal to 25% for the following Data Services: Access: Standard VBS2 Guide local loop charges for DS-1 Access and DS-3 Access Service.

  • Operational Services the operational services described as such in the Services Description;

  • Scope of Services or “Scope of Work” means the work to be performed by the Proposer or Consultant as described in Section 2.0 of this RFP, as amended thereto.

  • Internet Services means that part of the Data & Internet Services which is accessible via the public internet. This includes internet access, email facilities, web-page facilities and any other related internet facility or services that we may provide from time to time. This specifically does not refer to wide area networking services that are not accessible via the public internet.

  • Extra Services means those services set forth in Schedule “B” that are requested by the Municipality for itself or on behalf of its citizens and provided by the Company in accordance with paragraph 7 of this Agreement;

  • Implementation Services has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Personal Services means “the performance of any work or labor and shall also include acting as an independent contractor or providing any consulting advice or assistance, or otherwise acting as an agent pursuant to a contractual relationship.”

  • Maintenance Services means SAP’s then-current maintenance and/or support services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Basic Services means the services set forth in Exhibit A. The Consultant must perform the Basic Services to the Director’s satisfaction.

  • Maintenance and Support Services means the services provided by Contractor under Appendix F.

  • Transitional Services means services involving technical or specialized knowledge required to complete a project or to provide temporary consulting services to the City.

  • Technical Services means all services that are necessary to carry out individual, scattered site activities including but not limited to: (1) conducting initial inspections, (2) work write-up or project specification development, (3) cost estimate preparation, (4) construction supervision associated with activities that do not require an architect or engineer, (5) lead hazard reduction or lead abatement need determination and oversight, (6) lead hazard reduction or abatement carrying costs, (7) temporary relocation coordination, (8) financing costs such as security agreement preparation and recording or filing fees, (9) processing of individual applications for assistance, (10) income eligibility determination and verification, (11) value determination (new construction) or after rehabilitation value determination (existing structures), and (12) project-specific environmental clearance processes.

  • Service address means the service address of a member or the body corporate in terms of rule 4; and

  • New Services Queue means all Interconnection Requests, Completed Applications, and Upgrade Requests that are received within each six-month period ending on March 31 and September 30 of each year shall collectively comprise a New Services Queue.

  • Support and Maintenance Services means the support and maintenance services described in Section 1 of these Support Terms.

  • Community support services means services authorized,

  • Retail Service and Maintenance Sector Means the service and maintenance of retail facilities which includes financial institutions, retail businesses, schools and hospitals but does not include commercial premises as defined.

  • Service Levels means the service levels to be met by the Services as referenced in the Contract Letter and set out in the Specification Schedule.
