Changes to Laws. (1) BNY Mellon shall promptly notify Voya of changes in Law of which it becomes aware that may relate to Voya’s use of the Services or BNY Mellon’s delivery of the Services. The Parties shall work together to identify the impact of such changes on Voya’s use and BNY Mellon’s delivery of the Services.
