Changes to liability regime. Subject to the approval of the ACCC, the Multiplex Licensee may propose changes to this clause 16.5 to take account of changes: (a) in the Multiplex Licensee’s liability to suppliers or vendors under third party supply agreements; or (b) in the manner in which the Multiplex Licensee supplies the Multiplex Transmission Service.
