Changes to Licensed Materials. NSI may from time to time make modifications to the RRP, APIs or Software licensed hereunder that will enhance functionality or otherwise improve the System. NSI will provide Registrar with at least sixty (60) days notice prior to the implementation of any material changes to the RRP, APIs or software licensed hereunder.
