Changes to Master Batch Records and SOW. Each party agrees to notify the other promptly of any regulatory or other requested changes to the SOW, including the Client Product, Production, Specifications or the MBR. Upon such notification, Xxxxxx shall provide an estimate of any additional fees and costs required and a time line for implementation. No change(s) to any of the foregoing shall be effective or binding unless reduced to writing and signed by both parties.
