Changes to Maximum Deliverable Quantity. Following Fulcrum’s delivery of a notice under Section 2.2(a), Fulcrum may at any time and from time to time, upon no less than 90 Days prior written notice to WCC, either increase or decrease the Maximum Deliverable Quantity, subject to the proviso of the definition thereof that unless the Parties otherwise agree, the Maximum Deliverable Quantity shall never be less than 1750 Tons per Week of Feedstock.
