SERVICE DELIVERABLES. You will receive service on the Covered Product as described below: Carry-In: Unless otherwise provided in this Agreement, the Covered Product must be shipped or delivered and retrieved by You at Our authorized service center during normal business hours. In-Home/On-Site: Service will be performed in Your home or on-site as indicated on the Declarations Page of this Agreement, or on Your sales receipt or invoice provided You have fulfilled the following requirements: (1) provide Our authorized technician with accessibility to the Covered Product; (2) provide a non-threatening and safe environment for Our authorized technician; and (3) an adult over the age of 18 must be present for the period of time Our authorized technician is scheduled to provide service and while Our authorized technician is on Your property servicing the Covered Product. In-Home Service will be provided by Our authorized service provider during regular business hours, local time, Monday through Friday, except holidays. Our authorized service center may opt to remove the Covered Product to perform service in-shop. The Covered Product will be returned upon completion. Additional time and mileage charges for in-home repairs outside of twenty-five (25) contiguous land miles or the normal service radius of Our authorized service center are not covered by this Agreement, and are Your responsibility.

If the Covered Product requires in-shop repair, the shipping and/or transportation will be covered by this Agreement. The Covered Product will be returned, at Our cost, upon completion. If You purchased Above Ground Pool Coverage, it will be Your responsibility to bring above ground pumps and ladder into the service repair facility or to the selling retailer for repair.

We are not responsible for delay in service or use of the Covered Product while the Covered Product is being repaired, replaced, evaluated, or diagnosed unless otherwise stated in this Agreement.

We are not responsible for and have no liability for product damaged in shipping. Your repaired product(s) will be mailed back to You at no charge. • In-Home: Service will be performed in Your Primary Residence or Residential Rental Property as indicated on Your proof of purchase. The authorized service center may opt to remove the Covered Product(s) to perform service in-shop. Your product(s) will be returned upon completion.

SERVICE DELIVERABLES. 2.1 iPlans carries out the following works;
2.1.1 Surveys, drawings and submissions for planning applications; surveys, drawings and documentation for building regulations applications, structural engineer’s calculations for building regulations submissions and other specialist reports.
2.1.2 Submission of planning applications, building regulation documentation and other specialist reports to an appropriate local council or private inspection company.
2.1.3 Ongoing communication with local councils to achieve a planning decision.
2.2 All documentation will be provided electronically in a PDF format ONLY to the client. DWG files and paper copies will not be provided.
SERVICE DELIVERABLES. There is no deductible required to obtain service for Your Covered Product. You will receive service on Your Covered Product using the same type of service deliverable provided during the manufacturer's warranty as described below: • At Home: Service will be performed at Your home. The Servicing Dealer may opt to remove the Covered Product to perform service in-shop and will return the Covered Product upon completion. Additional time and mileage charges for at home repairs outside of the normal service area of the Servicing Dealer are not covered by this Agreement.
