Changes to Network Supply Points. (a) If the Distributor proposes to permanently alter the Network Supply Point for an ICP or a group of ICPs at which the Retailer supplies electricity the Distributor must give the Retailer notice of such change, including the ICPs and geographical area(s) that will be affected by the proposal, and estimate of the overall costs of the proposal and a description of any benefits of the proposal. (b) The Distributor must consult with the Retailer about the proposal for a reasonable period of time and no less than 20 Working Days, and the Retailer may provide comments to the Distributor. (c) If after considering the Retailer’s comments in good faith, the Distributor decides to proceed with the proposal (including the proposal as changed as a result of the consultation), it must advise the Retailer of its decision and its responses to the Retailer’s comments (if any) no later than 20 Working Days before the change takes effect.
