Policies and Procedures i) The policies and procedures of the designated employer apply to the employee while working at both sites.
ii) Only the designated employer shall have exclusive authority over the employee in regard to discipline, reporting to the College of Nurses of Ontario and/or investigations of family/resident complaints.
iii) The designated employer will ensure that the employee is covered by WSIB at all times, regardless of worksite, while in the employ of either home.
iv) The designated employer will ensure that the employee is covered by liability insurance at all times, regardless of worksite, while in the employ of either home.
v) The designated employer shall have exclusive authority over the employee’s personnel files and health records. These files will be maintained on the site of the designated employer.
Policies and Procedures. The employment relationship between the Parties shall be governed by the general employment policies and practices of the Company, except that when the terms of this Agreement differ from or are in conflict with the Company’s general employment policies or practices, this Agreement shall control.
Policies and Procedures. (a) The parties acknowledge that the Services described in and to be provided under this Agreement involve processes, actions, functions, instructions, consents, choices, the exercise of rights or performance of obligations, communications and other components, both internal to DTI and interactive between the parties, necessitated or made appropriate by business or by legal or regulatory considerations, or both, that in most cases are far too numerous and minutely detailed to expressly include in this Agreement and that, accordingly, the parties agree that DTI shall provide the services provided for in this Agreement in accordance with the written policies, procedures, manuals, documentation and other operational guidelines of BNYM governing the performance of the services in effect at the time the services are performed ("Standard Procedures"), that BNYM may from time to time revise the Standard Procedures, and that the Standard Procedures are expressly intended to supplement the description of Services provided for herein, but that the express terms of this Agreement will always prevail in any conflict with the Standard Procedures. BNYM may embody in the Standard Procedures any course of conduct which it reasonably determines is commercially reasonable or consistent with generally accepted industry practices, principles or standards ("Industry Standard") and in making such determination may rely on such information, data, research, analysis and advice, including legal analysis and advice, as it reasonably determines appropriate under the circumstances, including without limitation consensus responses by the industry in general to changes in Applicable Law. DTI shall notify the Funds of material changes to Standard Procedures in a timely manner.
(b) Prior to the execution of this Agreement, DTI and the Funds agreed to written procedures listed on Schedule C hereto to reflect the business needs of the Funds ("DTI Procedures"). DTI agrees not to materially amend any DTI Procedures unless such amendment is approved in writing by the Funds, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld, delayed or conditioned.
(c) Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, the following terms of this Section 14(c) shall apply in the event facts, circumstances or conditions exist or events occur, other than due to Breach Conduct, which would require a Service to be provided hereunder other than in accordance with the Standard Procedures, or if DTI is requested by t...
Policies and Procedures. 7.1 All of the School's Policies and Procedures are available on the School's website. For the purposes of this agreement, a reference to School's Policies and Procedures also includes processes, guidelines and any other applicable governance documentation.
7.2 The parents/guardians must comply with and take all reasonable steps to uphold the School's Policies and Procedures (as introduced or amended from time to time) including those concerning or dealing with:
a) the care, safety and welfare of students;
b) standards of dress, grooming and appearance;
c) grievance and complaints;
d) social media and the use of information, communication and technology systems;
e) student behaviour and conduct and discipline of students;
f) parent behaviour and conduct, including any Parent/Guardian Code of Conduct as may be published from time to time; and
g) privacy.
7.3 The School has absolute discretion in all of its operational and educational matters and offerings, as determined by its governing body, the Board of Directors of MACS and MACS Executive Director, and subject to relevant delegations to the Principal of the School.

(e) student behaviour and conduct and discipline of students, including those listed in the student code of conduct as may be published from time to time

Policies and Procedures. 29.1 All employees covered by the Agreement shall comply with the employer’s policies and procedures in force from time to time, to the extent that such policies and procedures are not inconsistent with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
29.2 The union will be consulted regarding any additions/amendments to those policies and procedures, where such additions/amendments have a material effect on employees’ conditions of employment.
Policies and Procedures. The Contractor shall maintain policies and procedures related to Marketing that ensure compliance with the requirements described in this Article 3.
Policies and Procedures. The employment relationship between the parties shall be governed by this Agreement and by the policies and practices established by the Company and/or the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”). Executive agrees that he is subject to and will comply with the policies and procedures of the Company, as such policies and procedures may be modified, added to or eliminated from time to time at the sole discretion of the Company, except to the extent any such policy or procedure specifically conflicts with the express terms of this Agreement. Executive further agrees and acknowledges that any written or oral policies and procedures of the Company do not constitute contracts between the Company and Executive.
