CHANGES TO PRIVACY AND SECURITY AGREEMENT. Other than as allowed under this section, County shall be requested to submit input to a revised “Third Party Information System Access Request” (Form MSC 0785), to request changes to Exhibit H Part 2. ODHS will review County’s request and, if approved in writing by ODHS, the parties will amend the Agreement in accordance with Exhibit E, Section 27.
