Common use of Changes to Project Plan Clause in Contracts

Changes to Project Plan. The Parties mutually intend and agree that (i) the Project Plan defines for various purposes the boundaries of the Project in respect of which the Province has agreed to provide the Funding, and (ii) the Recipients should have an adaptive capacity to make modifications to the Project Plan that do not materially affect the Province’s interests under this Agreement. The Parties therefore agree as follows:
