Construction Schedule. The Approved graphical representation of Contractor’s as- planned schedule for performance of the Work, and all Approved updates thereto, prepared in accordance with the requirements of the Contract Documents and that provides for Substantial Completion of the Work within the Contract Time.
Construction Schedule. 3.5.1 The Contractor shall: .1 prepare and submit to the Owner and the Contract Administrator within seven (7) Calendar Days from the Commencement Date, unless otherwise stipulated elsewhere in the Agreement or agreed to by the Contract Administrator, a construction schedule for their review and acceptance that indicates the timing of the major activities of the Work and provides sufficient detail of the critical events and their inter-relationship to demonstrate the Work shall be performed in conformity with the Contract Time. The construction schedule shall: (1) take into account the phasing and sequencing of construction and the completion dates contained in the Agreement or as otherwise required by the Contract Administrator or the Owner; (2) include and conform to the Key Work Milestones or any other milestones for the performance of the Work set out in the Agreement; (3) be of a computerised type and provided in both electronic format and hard copy; (4) show the Project critical path and the critical path must be identified in a contrasting colour (red) from the other activities; (5) clearly show, in weekly intervals, the logic and timing of major activities, proposed start dates and estimated duration for activities; and (6) have a level of detail sufficient to identify the Contractor and each specific Subcontractor and their respective parts of the Work and the specific location thereof. Once approved by the Owner and the Contract Administrator, the construction schedule submitted by the Contractor under this GC 3.5.1.1, as updated by the Contractor and approved by the Owner and Contract Administrator, shall become the “Construction Schedule”. The Construction Schedule (and any approved updates) shall be the benchmark against which the progress of the Work is to be measured for the purposes of the Agreement; .3 maintain a Current Schedule and update the Current Schedule every two (2) weeks, unless otherwise stipulated elsewhere in the Agreement or agreed to by the Contract Administrator, and provide the updated Current Schedule to the Owner and Contract Administrator. For clarity, the Current Schedule shall be used for information purposes only; .4 advise the Contract Administrator of any revisions required to the Construction Schedule as the result of extensions of the Contract Time as provided in 7.CHANGES IN THE WORK and provide the Owner and Contract Administrator for approval, an updated Construction Schedule reflecting such extensions; and .5...
Construction Schedule. The Construction Schedule shall include all pertinent dates and periods for timely completion of the Work. 16.1.1 Unless otherwise directed and approved by the Owner, the CM shall prepare the Construction Schedule as a critical path schedule with separate divisions for each major portion of the Work or operations. The Construction Schedule shall include and properly coordinate dates for performance of all divisions of the Work, including completion of off- Site requirements and tasks, so that the Work can be completed in a timely and orderly fashion consistent with the required dates of Substantial Completion and Final Completion. 16.1.2 The Construction Schedule shall include (i) the required Commencement Date, the required dates of Substantial Completion and Final Completion; (ii) any guideline and milestone dates required by the Owner; (iii) any applicable subcontractor and supplier subschedules; (iv) a submittal schedule which allows sufficient time for review of documents and submittals; (v) the complete sequence of construction by activity, with dates for beginning and completion of each element of construction; and (vi) required decision dates. 16.1.3 By reviewing the Construction Schedule, the Owner and the Design Professional do not assume any of the CM’s responsibility (i) that the Construction Schedule be coordinated or complete; or (ii) for timely and orderly completion by the required dates of Substantial Completion, Final Completion and any milestone dates required by the Owner. 16.1.4 The CM shall review, on a weekly basis, the actual status of the Work against the Construction Schedule. The CM shall discuss the status of the Work weekly with the Owner and the Design Professional, so that proper overall management may be provided. 16.1.5 The CM shall periodically and in all instances when the CM anticipates that performance of the Work will be delayed or in fact has been delayed, but not less frequently than monthly, prepare a revised Construction Schedule and show actual progress of the Work through the revision date, projected completion of each remaining activity, activities modified since previous submittal, major changes in scope, and other identifiable changes. Construction Schedule. Construction Contractor shall prepare and submit to Owner and Design Professional, for their review and approval, a construction schedule. This construction schedule shall conform to the format outlined in Subsection 3.4 below (“Construction Schedule”). The approved Construction Schedule shall be attached to the GMP Amendment. The Construction Schedule shall be integrated into the Master Project Schedule. 3.2.1 Following development and approval of the Construction Schedule as aforesaid, Construction Contractor shall, at the end of each calendar month occurring thereafter during the period of time required to finally complete the Project, or at such earlier intervals as circumstances may require, update and/or revise the Construction Schedule which shall be submitted to Owner in duplicate. No additional compensation will be due Construction Contractor for making such updates. Failure of Construction Contractor to update, revise, and submit the Construction Schedule as aforesaid shall be sufficient grounds for Owner to find Construction Contractor in substantial default hereunder and that sufficient cause exists to terminate the Contract or to withhold payment to Construction Contractor until a schedule or schedule update acceptable to Owner is submitted.
Construction Schedule. 7.22.1 The Contractor shall submit its detailed construction schedule to the Project Manager prior to the start of the work. The purpose of the schedule is to allow the Project Manager to monitor the Contractor’s progress on the work. The schedule shall account for normal inclement weather, unusual soil or other conditions that may influence the progress of the work, schedules and coordination required by any utility, off or on site fabrications, and all other pertinent factors that relate to progress. 7.22.2 Submittal of and the Project Manager’s receipt of the construction schedule shall not imply the Department’s approval of the schedule’s breakdown, its individual elements, and any critical path that may be shown. Any acceptance or approval of the schedule: (1) shall be for general format only and not for sequences or durations thereon; and (2) shall not be deemed an agreement by the Department that the construction means, methods and resources shown on the schedule will result in work that conforms to the contract requirements. The Contractor has the risk of all elements (whether or not shown) of the schedule and its execution. 7.22.3 In the event the Contractor submits and the Department receives an accelerated schedule (shorter than the contract time), such will not constitute an agreement to modify the contract time or completion date, nor will the receipt, acceptance or approval of such a schedule incur any obligation by the Department. The Contractor shall be solely responsible for and shall accept all risks and any delays that may materialize during the construction work until the contract completion date is reached. The contract time or completion date is established for the benefit of the Department and cannot be changed without an appropriate change order issued by the Department. All float on an accelerated schedule belongs exclusively to the Department. The Department will not be responsible for or obligated to accept the work before the completion date established by the Contract.

Construction Schedule a. Within fifteen (15) calendar days after the award of the Contract, the Contractor shall prepare and submit to the Project Manager and District an as-planned construction schedule showing in detail how the Contractor plans to prosecute the work within the time set for Final Completion. The schedule shall include the work of all trades necessary for construction of the Project, and shall be sufficiently complete and comprehensive to enable progress to be monitored on a day-by-day basis. The information for each activity shall include at a minimum the activity description, duration, start date and completion date. b. The Contractor shall take care in the preparation of the schedule to ensure that it represents an accurate and efficient plan for accomplishing the work. If the Project is more than one week behind schedule, it must be promptly revised showing how the Contractor plans to complete the work, but in no case shall it show a completion date later than that required by the Contract, unless a time extension has been granted. The current schedule shall be kept posted in the Contractor's project office on site. c. The Contractor shall be responsible for the coordination of all work necessary and pertaining to the construction whether actually a part of this Contract or attendant thereto. The Contractor shall notify the District and various utility companies, as far as possible in advance of their required work, in order that work schedules may be developed for all concerned, which will permit the most effective and timely accomplishment of the entire Project.
Construction Schedule. The CONTRACTOR, immediately after being awarded the contract, shall prepare and submit for the OWNER, and Engineer’s information an estimated progress schedule for the work. The progress schedule shall be related to the entire Project to the extent required by the Contract Documents and shall provide for expeditious and reasonable execution of the work, not to exceed the time limits for completion provided in the Contract Documents. The progress schedule shall be updated as the Work proceeds or the schedule changes and immediately upon request by the OWNER. The CONTRACTOR shall also prepare a schedule of submittals that allows for a reasonable time for the OWNER or Engineer to review the submittals so as not to delay the Project.
