CHANGES TO PTO‌. The parties agree that the Employer will provide the Union with forty-five (45) calendar days advance notice of any administrative changes to the PTO policy. The Union retains the rights to demand to bargain regarding changes to wages, hours of work, and working conditions related to the PTO policy.
