Common use of Changes to Statements of Work Clause in Contracts

Changes to Statements of Work. Either party may propose changes to the scope or time schedule of the Services under a Statement of Work. Requests for changes will be submitted to the other party in writing for consideration of feasibility and the likely effect on the cost and schedule for performance of the Services. The parties will mutually agree upon any proposed changes, including resulting equitable adjustments to costs and schedules for the performance of the Services. The agreed changes will be documented in one or more Change Orders.
