Changes to tariffs and charges. (a) If we vary our standard prices, we will notify you in writing and publish the variation on our website at least 20 business days before it starts. If the variation to our standard prices affects you, we will also include details with your next bill. (b) We will not vary our standard prices more often than once every 6 months.
