Changes to Technical Specifications. 5.2.1. The Exchange reserves the right to (i) make changes to any technical specifications, including those specified in Appendix C, and (ii) request that Company implements changes to its or its third party service providers’ technical systems (software of hardware) used for the reception, processing and redistribution of the Information.
