Other Legal Terms. Communications Between You and Us You agree that PayPal and its affiliates may contact you by email for marketing purposes. You may opt-out of receiving marketing communications when you open a PayPal account, by changing your account preferences or by clicking on the unsubscribe link in any PayPal email or receipt you receive from us. Please allow up to 10 Business Days for the opt-out to take effect. We will provide factual information about your account or the PayPal services, even if you have opted-out of receiving marketing communications. If you provide us your mobile phone number, you agree that PayPal and its affiliates may contact you at that number using autodialed or prerecorded message calls or text messages to: (i) inform you about your use of the PayPal services and/or service your PayPal accounts, (ii) investigate or prevent fraud, or (iii) collect a debt. We will not use autodialed or prerecorded message calls or texts to contact you for marketing purposes unless we receive your prior consent. We may share your mobile phone number with service providers with whom we contract to assist us with the activities listed above, but will not share your mobile phone number with third parties for their own purposes without your consent. You do not have to agree to receive autodialed or prerecorded message calls or texts to your mobile phone number in order to use and enjoy the products and services offered by PayPal. You can decline to receive autodialed or prerecorded message calls or texts to your mobile phone number in several ways, including, via an email transaction receipt, in your account settings, or by contacting PayPal Customer Service. The frequency of messages may vary, and standard telephone minute and text charges may apply. Neither we nor your phone carriers are liable for delayed or undelivered messages. However, we may still call you directly using other means if we need to speak with you. Other Legal Terms. Aaris Therapy agrees to comply with the requirements of 45 CFR 164.504 (e) (1) for safeguarding and concerning beneficiaries. Upon formal written request, Aaris Therapy will provide financial information, documents and records as it pertains to services provided for Xxxxxxxx Local Schools to representatives from the U.S. Dept. of Human Services, ODM, and ODE. Aaris Therapy acknowledges that we are in good standing and no principles have been suspended or debarred.

Rules Governing Your Account This Agreement is governed by federal law and, when not superseded by federal law, by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of law principles. Other Legal Terms. We may revise this user agreement and any of the documents listed above, including the Fees page for the following important reasons: • Changing the terms and/or the scope of PayPal services offered to the user under the user agreement consisting in us: o introducing a new PayPal service or new functionality; o ceasing to provide a specific service or functionality so far offered by us under the user agreement; o changing the functionality of the offered PayPal service within the user agreement; o introducing technological, technical and/or IT system changes, other than those resulting from the changes indicated in the preceding three points above; • Our need to increase the level of security of the PayPal system or the level of protection of users' personal data; • A common court or state authority issuing a ruling or decision imposing an obligation to amend the user agreement or justifying the need to make such an amendment; • A change of laws and regulations applicable to our activities, resulting in the need to amend the user agreement in order to adapt it to the applicable provisions; • Changes in our product policy due to technological developments and/or significant changes of external economic and political circumstances, or changes in our IT policy, security policy, fraud prevention or AML policy due to technological developments and/or investigational experiences; • Changes in our operating costs, especially, but not exclusively any direct operational costs, including rent, maintenance of our office premises, telecommunication services, energy and other public utility charges, changes in any relevant consumer price index, fees, commissions, costs and duties paid or to be paid to external parties, including public entities, in relation to the marketing, sale or intermediation of our products and services, fees or in any cost elements related to the provision of our service required to be paid by us to other service providers and intermediating third parties, including introduction of new fee elements by those entities and any amendment in the business regulations or public notices of such entities; change in the amount or calculation method of the fees or costs set out in any other agreement between us and third parties or determined or introduced in relevant laws or bylaws (e.g. any change in the fees of the enterprises executing outsourced activities for us); • Changes in our risk assessment or in the group risk assessment, including, but not li...
