CHANGES TO THE APPLICABLE LAW. 22.1. If during the Term the Data Protection Legislation changes in a way that the Agreement is no longer adequate for the purpose of governing lawful data sharing exercises, the Parties agree that the SPOCs will negotiate in good faith to review the Agreement in the light of the new legislation.
