CHANGES TO THE APPLICABLE LAW. In case the applicable data protection and ancillary laws change in a way that the Agreement is no longer adequate for the purpose of governing lawful data sharing exercises, the Parties agree that the SPoCs will negotiate in good faith to review the Agreement in light of the new legislation.
