Common use of Changes to the Development Clause in Contracts

Changes to the Development. To: (i) paint and decorate, (ii) perform repairs or maintenance, and (iii) make replacements, restorations, renovations, alterations, additions and improvements, structural or otherwise in and to the Development or any part thereof, including any adjacent building, structure, facility, land, street or alley, or change the uses thereof (including changes, reductions or additions of corridors, entrances, doors, lobbies, parking facilities and other areas, structural support columns and shear walls, utility lines, pipes, duct work, cables, installations, docks, walks, elevators, stairs, solar tint windows or film, planters, sculptures, displays, and other amenities and features therein, and changes relating to the connection with or entrance into or use of the Building or any other adjoining or adjacent building or buildings, now existing or hereafter constructed). In connection with such matters, Landlord may among other things erect scaffolding, barricades and other structures, open ceilings, close entry ways, restrooms, elevators, stairways, corridors, parking and other areas and facilities, and take such other actions as Landlord deems appropriate; provided that at all times during the term of this Lease, Tenant shall have reasonable access to the Premises and the use of the unreserved parking spaces contemplated herein.
