Common use of Changes to this XXXX Clause in Contracts

Changes to this XXXX. Datadog may modify this XXXX at any time by posting a revised version to the AWS Marketplace, which modifications will become effective as of the first day of the calendar month following the month in which they were first posted; provided, however, that if a Marketplace Order specifies a fixed term of 12 months or longer, the modifications will instead be effective immediately upon the start of the next renewal term, if any. In either case, if Customer objects to the updated XXXX, as its sole and exclusive remedy, Customer may choose not to renew, including canceling through the AWS Marketplace any terms set to auto-renew.
