Changes to Trust Agreement. Pursuant to and in accordance with the provisions of Section 3815(f) of the Delaware Trust Statute and notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Trust Agreement, but subject to Sections 11.1(b) and 11.1(c), an agreement of merger or consolidation approved by the Sponsor in accordance with Section 14.1 may effect any amendment to the Trust Agreement or effect the adoption of a new trust agreement of the Trust or change the name of the Trust if the Trust is the surviving or resulting entity in the merger or consolidation.
